Exchange & Refund Policy

Customers may request an exchange or report an issue within 72 hours of receiving their order.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted for:

• Size changes
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items sent by Yokai

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with the original packaging/tags where applicable.

For size exchanges resulting from the customer selecting the wrong size, applicable delivery or exchange charges may need to be borne by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Yokai within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, Yokai will arrange an appropriate exchange, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where approved by Yokai after reviewing the case.

For any approved refund or exchange, the product must first be returned to and received by Yokai.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

• Approved exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability.
• Approved refunds will be reimbursed through bKash.
• Refunds will not be issued before the returned product has been received and inspected by Yokai.

Items That May Not Qualify

Items may not be eligible for exchange or refund if they have been:

• Worn
• Washed
• Stained
• Perfumed
• Altered
• Damaged after use
• Returned without the original packaging or tags, where applicable

Damage caused by improper washing, direct ironing on the print, excessive heat, bleach, excessive stretching, abrasion, misuse, or failure to follow our care instructions may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
