3. Products and Pricing3.1. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. 3.2. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 3.3. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products purchased per order.

4. Orders and Payments4.1.Order Process: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. 4.2.Payment Methods: We accept payments via BKash, COD, . All transactions are secure and encrypted. 4.3.Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please contact us.

5. Shipping and Delivery5.1.Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Bangladesh. 5.2.Shipping Charges: Shipping charges inside Dhaka city are 70 BDT, and outside Dhaka city is 150 BDT. 5.3.Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 5.4.Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds6.1.Return Policy: Returns are accepted within Up to 2 days inside Dhaka city (Sadar) & Upto 3 Days Out Side Dhaka City (Sadar). No Return for international Shippings of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. 6.2.Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days via Banking and Bkash (Additional transaction fees will apply if charged by the gateway providers). 6.3.Exclusions:Certain items (e.g., sale items, customized products) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

7. Intellectual Property7.1. All content on our store, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Yokai or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
